Any fees we quote to you will be all-inclusive, including the Act's transportation/ travel, set-up and tear-down.

We work for you, the paying customer, finding the best entertainment match for your needs and budget. Since we do not produce or manage any Acts or Artists in-house like many other agencies, we are objective and unbiased in the choices we present for your consideration.

PRICING

We negotiate with the Acts on your behalf, and we always try to negotiate the best possible price for you. Due to the large volume of work we provide for our entertainers it is in their best interest to quote us their best rates, which we in turn pass on to you. The success of your event is our #1 priority. We want your continuing business and your referrals!

Variable factors that effect pricing may include:

• The Popularity of the Act - Popular Acts or Acts in high demand can generally command higher premiums.

• Seasonal Considerations - For performances during busy times like holidays and key summer weekends, acts are generally less willing to lower their fees.

• Length of Performance - Fees may vary based on the contracted length of performance.

• Volume of Work - Offering Acts multiple performance dates may lower the average cost for each performance.

• Early Set-Up - Some Acts add a charge for early set-up if there is a substantial block of time between set up and performance start time.

• Location - An out-of-town or out-of-state performance will usually cost more, and overnight accommodations may be required.
